BE OPEN & HONEST - We believe in building relationships (internally and externally) through honest and open communication. We are transparent because transparency means you are never compromised. We tell it how it is and don’t keep people in the dark.

Trust is the foundation of any relationship and we want to provide our customers, their creditors and our vendors with a sense of comfort to allow them the opportunity to open themselves up to us and to share their concerns, questions or need. We want to go above and beyond people’s expectations, by under promising and over delivering we define the “WOW” experience our customers feel.

By wowing people, referrals to our business grow organically and we create raving fans. We will wow clients, employees, vendors, creditors, and anyone we interact with in business. We don’t just talk about it, we show that we care; we will actually go that little extra unconventional or innovative mile. We treat clients as we want to be treated ourselves.

Being in debt doesn’t mean you are less of a person. Debt happens for many reasons, but the reasons are irrelevant. Asking for help takes courage and that means you deserve respect. We respect the personal beliefs, differences, rights, values and privacy of all with whom we interact. We actively seek to understand others point of view with an open mind and when others disagree with a point of view, we respond in a non-defensive manner.
